Marina Perez has over two decades of experience in the Personal Finance and Credit industry. Throughout her career, she has facilitated hundreds of Financial Education presentations and seminars to general and low to moderate income (LMI) communities. Her experience and expertise provides her the capacity to cover a wide range of financial education topics such as Budgeting,
Savings, Credit, Housing, Identity Theft and Small Business/Entrepreneurship mentoring. Perez has the ability to provide workshops in English or Spanish.
Perez is a Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) certified counselor and received her Neighborworks certification related to prevention and foreclosure mediation and is recognized as a credit authority. As a Housing Urban Development (HUD) certified counselor, she’s has delivered the eight (8) hours First Time Home Buyer seminar to hundreds of Low to moderate income (LMI)
individuals and families. Her experience and expertise make her a sought-after spokesperson and
presenter locally and statewide.
As mentioned before, in recent years, Perez has focused her attention and expertise to helping small
business owners/entrepreneurs understand the importance and correlation between personal credit and business credit. As an additional service at The BridgePath, Perez also offers Confidential and Individual Assessment Mentoring Sessions (CIAMS).
